National Association of REALTORS ® – Young Professionals Network Advisory Board
Purpose
To be the voice of a fast-growing group of REALTORS® young professionals who are focused on personal growth, networking, and association involvement. The advisory board should be a diverse group culturally and geographically with a primary focus on helping young professionals engage in: Association activities: Encourage young people to attend meetings and participate in committees at the local, state, and national level. Advocacy: Encourage them to get involved in policy discussions and take an active role in advocacy. Peer mentoring: Provide a way for young people to network and learn from one another, through both social events and education aimed at helping them enhance their real estate prowess and increase their survivability in a highly competitive industry. Community: Cultivate the future generation of Good Neighbor Award winners.
