The PATTERSON Area’s next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 14th, at 9:00 a.m., at Mil’s Grill. Patterson meetings are every second and fourth Tuesday.
February 28th speaker will be Mayor Luis Molina. Mary Prieto from Prudential will also do a short presentation on why your Buyer’s should consider buying a HUD home.  March 13th will be the Chamber of Commerce President, and on March 28th Tri Counties Bank will be doing a presentation on HARP.
